The Seguin Libraries - Rosseau Branch is located at #2 Victoria Street West, in the Village of Rosseau. The library is in the basement of the Rosseau Memorial Community Hall. The Seguin Libraries - Rosseau Branch was the 2007 winner of the Angus Mowat Award of Excellence for Small Libraries in Ontario.
